Question: Gay Men vs. Foreign Friendly Men
So I went to Home Depot the other night and this very masculine, Viggo-Mortensen-ish guy came out of the blue and asked if I needed help. I had a hard time describing the shelf bracket I was looking for, so he asked if I could go back home, send him a photo of it to his phone, and he then would call me, letting me know if they had anything like it.
Score, I thought.
After several quickly-answered text messages with the guy, I come to find out that not only he's not gay, he's this big-time Russian playa that has several girlfriends scattered throughout the Upland-Rancho-Pomona area. Eww.
This brought up an intense debate with some friends at work on how some foreign men can be so friendly to other men and be completely oblivious to the unspoken, "American" straight male rules on male-to-male interaction.
I just thought I would share this.

tru dat tru dat
As a general rule, meetings make individuals perform below their capacity and skill levels. This doesn't mean we should always avoid face-to-face meetings - but it is certain that every organization has too many meetings, and far too many poorly designed ones.

Sexy People
I was looking through some files in my "Funny" folder at work and found this photo. I had to grab the photo when I saw it on Sexy People. Every time I see this photo my ovary squeezes me from the inside again, again, and again.
